Existing customers motor and home: To discuss your existing policy you can speak to us on live chat Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 4pm or call 01302 567800 which is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.


Discuss your motor renewal: To discuss your renewal you can speak to us on live chat Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm or alternatively you can call 01302 567025 Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Your renewal notice will be available at least 21 days before the renewal is due. We may have also emailed or posted your renewal notice if requested.


Discuss your home renewal: To discuss your renewal you can speak to us on live chat Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm or alternatively you can call 01302 567007 Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Your renewal notice will be available at least 21 days before the renewal is due. We may have also emailed or posted your renewal notice if requested.


Platinum customers: To discuss your platinum policy you can speak to us on live chat Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm or alternatively you can call 01302 567820 Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.


When logging into your customer portal you can also view or change your policy, make payments, update your bank details and view your renewal.
